Ontario Forage Focus 2012
Another successful Forage Focus Conference! This years’ theme was: “Managing Profitable Forages Now and for the Future”. The conference was held in Winchester on Tuesday, November 27th, and in Shakespeare on Wednesday, November 28th.
The Ontario Forage Council genuinely enjoyed hosting this years’ keynote speaker Dr. Michael Hutjens from the University of Illinois. Mr. Hutjens' presentations were not only informative, but a pleasure to experience, his dynamic personality added an element of humour enjoyed by all. A very special thank you to Mr. Hutjens for making the journey and joining us for Forage Focus 2012!!
The Ontario Forage Council would also like to thank Joel Bagg (Forage Specialist, OMAFRA), and Jim Walker/David Connery, (Regional Sevices, Agricorp) for their additions to the conference proceedings.
